I’ve been busy today, getting ready for the MMS (Mini-Money Sites) Challenge that I’m participating in. The Challenge is set up at Earn1KaDay and will start on Monday, January 28. It runs for five short days.

I’m more used to participating in month-long challenges, and one thing I’ve discovered is that the short time-span makes you all the more aware that at the start of the challenge, you’ve got to be PREPARED.

So I spent today beginning my preparation phase.

I have decided I’m going to use three different methods of putting together MMS:

1. The Rapid Landing Page Generator that Rich Rojas put together for the E1KD gang. This is a great product that does a lot of the hard work for you.

2. Gary’s framework. Gary is an E1KD member who has generously shared the technique and framework he uses to achieve 1K a day. The one glitch is that you need to have a good understanding of PHP. All I know about PHP I learned from Wordpress, but that isn’t deterring me!

3. Wordpress, using Teli Adlam’s ingenious Wordpress Datafeed Import script.

Option number three turns out to be, oddly enough, the easiest for me. After two years of using Wordpress for affiliate sites, I more or less know my way around both Wordpress and Teli’s WPDFI script.

So I’ve spent most of today working out the intricacies of both Rich’s Rapid Landing Page Generator and Gary’s framework.

I still have to gather together my keywords for each MMS niche, too. But I’ve got the weekend. Of course, there are the two offline deadlines I need to get done for Tuesday …
